Samā Hunūbi is a 53-acre resort and residential retreat in the Texas Hill Country, conceived as a quiet counterpoint to the pace of modern life. Located just outside Wimberley, the project comprises a boutique hotel and 38 private residences that sit quietly within the landscape of limestone and native grasses. The architecture uses low-slung lines and natural materials to frame the horizon, with wide-reaching roof planes and floor to ceiling glass that pulls the outdoors in. From the central pool pavilion to the private residential terraces, every space is built around the idea of stillness, offering owners and guests a deliberate connection to the textures and rhythms of the Texas landscape. Opening early 2028.
